Foreign Investment Firms Closing Deals Despite Pandemic

According to a new report, cross-border buyers were still highly active here in the first half of the year. 8% of American investment sales closed in the second quarter of 2020 were via foreign investors, though that figure is down from a 3-year average of approximately 12%.
